- 1 Onion red, thinly sliced
- 300 g. Seedless Grapes red, halved
- 300 g. Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 300 ml. Crème fraîche or soured cream
- ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Salt flaked, sea salt
