A good start to healthy cooking.

When you want to start cooking healthier, an air fryer will be a very good start. Ninja claims that you will use about 75% less fat and that is a good thing. The Air Fryer uses forced hot air in a relatively small compartment, so most food will be cooked nice and crispy without the need of a deep fat fryer.

Does an Air Fryer use less energy?

Next to the health benefits these brilliant Ninja Foodi machines are also a good way to save time and energy. Because they are a lot smaller than a conventional forced air oven they use a lot less energy, they are not just a better size, they are also at the right temperature very quickly.

Which Air Fryer should I choose?

We think the capacity and size of the machines will make the difference for most people, so we would recommend that if it’s just you or the two of you with some occasional guests, the AF300 will be the choice for you. When you have a family and you have a couple of children then the AF400 will be the right choice.
