Instructions
Cook the Fries. Preheat your oven to 220°C (fan 200°C) or cook the fries in an air fryer. Toss with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
Add the Truffle Magic. While the fries are still hot, drizzle over the truffle oil and toss gently to coat evenly. Be cautious with quantity—a little truffle oil goes a long way.
Finish with Parmesan and Herbs. Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley. Add a pinch of garlic powder if desired, for an added layer of umami.
Serve Immediately. Serve hot, either on their own or alongside steak, grilled chicken, or even a glass of bubbly. These fries are an easy way to elevate your meal with very little effort.
