- ½ Red cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 Apple red, cut in small chunks
- 1 Onion red, thinly sliced
- 300 g. Seedless Grapes red, halved
- 300 g. Pomegranate Seeds
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 300 ml. Crème fraîche or soured cream
- ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Salt flaked, sea salt
Instructions
- Combine the cabbage, apple, red onion, grapes, and pomegranate seeds in your mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, crème fraiche, chilli flakes, and salt. Give it all a good mix, making sure the ingredients are well combined.
- Once everything's mixed in, transfer the salad to the fridge. The salad is best eaten cold, adding a refreshing crispness to your meal.
