Ingredients :
- 1 banana
- 250ml oat milk
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp (frozen) blueberries
- 1 tbsp cashews
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutri Ninja) for about 60 seconds until until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or cap your blender flask for a takeaway breakfast.
- Enjoy immediately : )
