Blueberry and maca nutri ninja smoothie

Notes : Vegetarian

Ingredients :

  • 1 banana
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp (frozen) blueberries
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender (I use a Nutri Ninja) for about 60 seconds until until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass or cap your blender flask for a takeaway breakfast.
  3. Enjoy immediately : )
